2010 sees Ian once again combine his duties of team boss with that of his own racing programme, something he has achieved with great effect in recent seasons.

Among his many achievements are 10 Isle of Man TT wins, 8 International North West 200 titles (where he has been on the winners rostrum every year since 1997 and is the only rider to win the 125cc race five years in succession), 14 Ulster Grand Prix victories (Ian is the event's joint second most successful rider ever in terms of race wins and joint second in the all-time list of most wins round the Dundrod Circuit, the most Southern 100 (Isle of Man) race wins eclipsing the legendary Joey Dunlop, the outright circuit win record of 126 race wins at Oliver's Mount, England's only 'pure' road race track.

He also holds the record for TT replicas presented to any TT racer in the history of the event, and 2009 saw him come to the line for his 100th TT start

Ian will ride at the major roads events such as the TT, North West 200, Ulster GP and Oliver's Mount, using both Ninja ZX-6R and ZX-10R machinery in Superbike, Superstock and Supersport classes.
